First Eye Look: Makeup Revolution Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade Palette

Hello my MJF stars,
I wanted to show you my first eye look using the Makeup Revolution Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade palette which I did a review of if you like to check this out. So lets get into what I created with this palette.

Ulta Eye Contour Light & Shade Palette
Products I used:
Jordana Eyeshadow Base Eye Primer
Makeup Revolution Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade Palette
5: crease and bottom lash
8: inner part of Eyelid, brow bone and bottom lash
6: outer part of Eyelid
7: outer v and bottom lash
Wet N Wild Mega Liner Liquid eyeliner Black Sparkle
L'Oréal Voluminous Primer
Maybelline colossal big shot volum' Express Mascara Very Black

I'm not a big fan of all matte eyeshadows eye looks but I wanted to try it out to see if I can change my mind. For this eye look I wanted to us the cool tone or the middle eyeshadows in the palette. I think all of the eyeshadows were nice and creamy and blended well but the only shadow that did not come out well was 8 which as you can see did not blend well with 7. It was little bit powdery but it blend with the other colors. I don't know what happened it look ok in person then in photo it looked different. Beside that I really liked how this eye look came out even thought they are all matte eyeshadows. I can't wait to try the other colors in the palette and maybe with some shimmer next time. It was really heard not to put some glitter on my eyelids lol.

I hope you enjoyed seeing this eye look.

Blue Satin with Stars Mani

Hello my MJF stars,
I have another mani for Manicure Mondays and this time its a nail polish I have been wanting wear for a while but never got around to wearing it. So lets get into what I wore this time.

Indoor lighting with flash

outside lighting with flash

outside light with flash
Products I used:
Wet N Wild wildshine protective base coat
Klean Color 37 Blue Satin
NYC Shine in a minute 202 Grand Central Station Top Coat
Sassy+Chic Nail art  (yellow stars)

I have been wanting to wear this nail polish by Klean Color called Blue Satin since I got it but finally got the chance to put it on. I have nothing like it in my collection. Its a dark metallic blue with pink hex and rainbow bar glitter mix in. I really love the formula its only needs two coats but I always do three. I stayed on my nail with out chipping for about 4 or 5 day which nice for a glitter. I had to add some yellow star gem because Blue Satin reminds be a galaxy with the glitter mix in the dark metallic blue. I really like Klean Color and bummed that I only can find it at Daiso and there is none close to my area. These polishes are little strong in smell but it worth it for the formula and the pretty colors. They are only $1.50 which a deal.

I hope you enjoyed this week mani.

Fishtail and Princess Eye Look: Makeup Revolution Mermaids Forever palette

Hello my MJF Stars,
Lately I been wearing a lot of nude or not bright colorful looks and decide to pull out my first Makeup Revolution eyeshadow palette Mermaids Forever that I love to do a green/purple eye look.

Products I used:
NYC City Proof eye primer Universal
Makeup Revolution Mermaids Forever palette
Fishtail: Eyelid
Seashell: inner corner eyelid
Princess: crease
Urchin: Above Crease

Wet N Wild single eyeshadow brulee: Brow Bone

W7 liquid eyeliner black
Maybelline the Colossal Big Shot Volum Mascara Very Black

As I said I wanted to use my much loved Mermaid Forever palette to do a green/purple eye look. I used Fishtail on the eyelid which is a pretty teal/green shimmery color. I then put Princess in the crease which is a pretty blue/purple which looks perfect with Fishtail. I blended out the edge of Princess with Urchin which is pinky/purple to bend into Brulee the brow bone color. I really love how this eye look came out. I really love the Mermaid Forever palette even though there is a few not so pigmented eye shadows but there is more of the pigmented shadows in the palette to out way the bad ones. If you have not seen my review and want to see it go to the search bar on the left and type in "Mermaid Forever" and it should pop up and other eye looks I did with this palette. I just got two more palettes from Makeup Revolution and just post haul if you like to check that out.

Review: Makeup Revolution Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade

Hello my MJF stars,
I saw Makeup Revolution Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade on instagram and that I looked just like the Kat Von Den Shade and Light Palette which I have been wanting to try but was not going to pay $50 if I did not like it. So when I saw online Ulta finally got it in I had to get it.  So lets get into what I thought about this palette as well as swatches.

Front and back of palette

As you can see it a plastic palette with clear cut out so you can see the shades which different from the Mermaid Forever palette that I own. It also does not have a mirror which is not a deal breaker for me because I never use the mirrors in palettes. The palette is pretty sturdy and does not feel cheap like some drug store palettes. It says it tale free on the sticker on front but on the back it say talc so I'm confused if its has talc or not? I hope Makeup Revolution can clear this up.

Top image: indoor lighting no flash and Bottom image with flash
As you can see this palette come with 12 eyeshadows they put them three groups so that you can do an eye look if you are new to makeup or need help to create an eye look. It has three larger eye shadows for your base color and three for crease, liner and definer. I think its nice but you also came mix and match because they are neutrals to create an eye look. It also comes with a pretty nice dual eye shadow brush that I do use. It was a flat brush which nice to use pack on the eyeshadow on the eye lid or inner corner. The other end is a round blending brush which is nice for putting color in the crease or blend out the edges too.

Swatched on bare skin with flash
As you can see I swatched them on my bare skin no primer and they are very creamy and pigmented which is nice. I wish they had names which not a big deal but you know me I like names which makes it easy to tell you what eyeshadow I used in my eye looks.

First four swatched no primer with flash
The first four is really close to my skin tone which I'm light to medium skin tone so if you are fair this would work perfect for you. It would also work for me if I did not want no makeup makeup look.

Middle four no primer with flash
This four have more a gray tone which I really like if I wanted to do a cool tone eye look.

last four with no primer with flash

This last four are warm tone which I have been getting into wearing lately and was never into these types of colors.

I did a eye look with some of these colors and loved it even with out my shimmer eye shadows which I never thought I would like it. If you know me I love glitter. I have done two eye looks with this palette and I tell you that I really enjoying this palette which is new to me that I have been liking all matte eye shadow eye looks.

I think this is a really nice matte neutral eye shadow palette for $15. If you like me and love glitter but want to try all matte palette you should try this palette or if you are a fan of mattes you need this palette. Also Ulta aways have sales on the Makeup Revolution products for you can get them for less like I did I paid $10.55 for this palette.

I hope you enjoyed my Review of The Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade palette.
Are you going to get the Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade eye shadow palette? or do you own already and what is your thoughts? Let me know in the comments.

Ulta Haul

Hello my MJF stars,
I have Ulta haul to show that I got a few weeks ago and been meaning to post. So lets get into what makeup goodies I got.

Youtube video of haul:

The reason I went is that I saw they had NYX and Makeup Revolution products for buy one get one 50% off.
When I walked in I saw all of the clearance items so I found some NYX products. I could not pass up the Nyx roll-on shimmer which I never tried but been waiting to try them. They was $3.99 then marked down to $1.99 which I also got the buy one get one 50% off so it was $1.49 I also used the $3.50 off $15.00 coupon so they came out to $1.31 each. I picked up 6 colors to try out and the ones I got was Res15 Nude, Res11 Almond, Res12 Platinum, Res10 Blue, Res16 Walnut and Res04 Onyx.
Then I went looking for Makeup Revolution Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade which I saw on instagram awhile ago that looked just like the Kat Von Den Shade and light palette that I wanted but could not pay $50 for a eyeshadow palette. I've have never been a big fan of all matte eye looks so I though I pay for less to see if I liked it. So I went to look for it but they did not have them out yet but it said it was there online so I asked a girl that worked there. They found me one from the back which I was so happy to get. It was $15.00 then since it was buy one get one 50% off it came to $12 than with coupon it was $10.55. I think that's really good price. The other palette I decided to get was the New-trals vs neutrals eyeshadow palette which I have been also been wanting since ShanShortcakebeauty on youtube hauled it and did an eye look with it. It also have dupes for the lime crime Venus palette and the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. So it was $10 then with the bobgo 50% of it was $8 then with coupon it was $7.03. I have been wearing both and will be posting swatches/ review of both of the palettes soon.
All of these products I bought would be $48.94 but with sales and coupons it came out to $27.60 so I saved $21.34 which is awesome. So it pays to look for deals and use coupons.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my haul.

I'm not a fan of matte polishes which you been following me for a while you know so I was kinda bummed that Candy Hearts was a matte. It's a pretty patel blue which would be nice for spring/Easter. Its pretty by itself but you know I love glitter so I added Kanfetti which I love the name its so cute and its beautiful also. Its a clear base with matte blue, yellow, white hex glitter with some iridescent/ rainbow hex glitter mixed in too. It goes perfectly with Candy Hearts. I'm happy to say that Candy Hearts has not chip yet on me which its been like 5 days so far. Yes!! If you like pastel colors you need to try this new collection. I can't wait to get more of Kandee collections.

I hope you enjoyed this weeks mani for Manicure Monday.

Fierce VoxBox from Influenster

Hello my MJF stars,
I'm happy to tell you I have another Influenster Vox Box to show you. This time it's called the Fierce VoxBox. So lets see what I got in this vox box.

Youtube video of Unboxing Vox Box:

All the products

Card info
The first thing I got was this sample of the SheaMoisture Argan Oil & Almond Milk Blow Out. I wish was in a bottle because it heard to tell if you like something by a this sample packet. I'm still happy to try it out.

Then I got the Carefree Acti-Fresh regular liners which are $1.53 for a 20 count. It's nice to get a full size product in this box.

The next item I got was Madam C.J. Walker Softening & Silkening Brassica Seed Oil in a nice size sample. I usually don't use oils in my hair because my hair gets oily at the top my head but since I have been dying my hair the ends are becoming more dry. So I will try to us on my ends.

I also got a full size jar of Vaseline which are usually $2.39 which makes me happy. I really don't use vaseline but my mom use to us it when she dyed her hair so I will have to use it for that as well as look up other ways to use it.

The last thing I got which I was most excited for is a Sinful Colors nail polish from the Kandee Johnson collection. I got one from the Pretty Vintage collection in the color called Candy Hearts which I was bummed that I did not get one from the Anime collection. Its a pretty color but you know how I fell about mattes and I have many of this color blue in my collection. But I'm still really happy to try it out and add it to my Sinful colors collection. If you missed my post of my walgeens you know I picked up another polish from the same collection which I will be posting a mani with those two polishes next so check that out.

I'm really happy with the Fierce VoxBox and can't wait to try out all of these new products. Thanks to Influenster.

If you want to get free products too here is my link.

XOXO and Desire Eye look: Too Faced Love Palette

Hello MJF stars,
I have another eye look using the Too Faced Love Palette but this time I wanted to do a soft every day eye look. So lets see what I created this time.

Products I used:
Nyc City Proof eye primer Universal
Too Faced Love Passionately Pretty Eye Shadow Collection:
XOXO: Eyelid
Desire : crease
Wet N Wild single eyeshadow brulee: Brow Bone
Maybelline Master Perrine curvy liquid eyeliner  black
Maybelline the Colossal Big Shot Volum' Express Mascara Very Black

I used XOXO which is a light peachy nude with hit of shimmer on eyelid. I thought from looking at it in the pan it would of been more shimmery but it still pretty. I put Desire in my crease which looks pretty with XOXO. I put Brulee on my brow bone to blend out the crease color because I did not shimmer on my brow bone so that the eyelid colors would pop. I'm really happy how this eye look came out.

Walgreens, Walmart and Game Stop Hauls

Hello my MJF stars,
I have three little hauls to show you so I decided to put them together. I have hauls from Walgreens, Walmart and Game Stop so lets see what I got right!?

Youtube video of hauls:

I went to walgreens to see if they had the new valentines lip smackers tsum tsums and see if they got in the new Sinful Colors nail polishes because you know I love Sinful Colors collections.

I was so happy to find the Mickey and Minnie Lip Smacker Tsum tsum Valentines limited edition. They only had two boxes left and they were $9.95 each.

They had new Sinful Colors Collections but I only got two polishes from two the collections. I had to get one of the Kandee Johnson new nail polishes that she collaborated with Sinful Color because I love her. The only one that called my name was Kanfetti which was so pretty. It has matte light yellow, blue hex glitters with rainbow holographic glitter. It screams springs/Easter with pastels. I also got one polish from this years St. Patricks day collection called Luck of the Stylish. Even thought there was two other ones that caught my eye which was Works like a charm and queen of green that I might go back for. But I did get I'm Clover it which is similar to last years but this time they have holographic clovers instead of flowers glitter.  They were both $1.99 each.

I also went to Walmart with my dad for some stuff for the house. I wondered into the toy isle and saw of the Funk pops for $8.95. After looking at them all I found Barbossa form Disney Pirates Of the Caribbean which I had to get. I wish they jack sparrow too but not luck finding him.

Then we went to Game Stop because I saw on Ig that they had some Funko pops on sale for $5.00 so I had to see if they had any that I been wanting. I was so happy to find Rowan's Ghost from Ghostbusters because I really wanted and he was sold out at Hot topic. I also got Nien Nunb a game stop exclusive which I thought was really cool with the helmet. This pop is from the Star Wars force awakens. I'm so happy I found two for $5.00 each they are usually around $12 each.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my hauls.

Review: Maybelline Master Precise Curvy Liquid Eyeliner

Hello my MJF stars,
Since I love my liquid eyeliners and like to try different ones. I was happy to received this for free from infuenster for testing purposes. When I saw this eyeliner I was not sure if I would like it but I thought I would give it a go.

Maybelline Master Precise Curvy Liquid Eyeliner

Uncapped

Close-up of eyeliner tip
As you see it not like most felt tip pen liquid eyeliners. It also smaller in size and thicker container which feels like a highlighter pen or marker. It feels kinda weird when you hold it because of the shape and size. Also the felt tip is different in that it have two cut out scoops on both sides and on the side it thick to thin that make a sharp tip. I used that side because the other side does not work to make a sharp wing that I like when I wear eyeliner. The felt tip does deposit the right amount liquid eyeliner which is good. It also pigment and it's a demi matte in that it not really shinny or completely matte. I have tried a few felt pen liquid eyeliners in which this one is better than the ones I tried so far. I felt I had to learn how to use it to work for me which different from my other liquid eyeliners that I have used. I would of not bought it for myself because of the packaging and I probably will not buy it. But I might want to try more of the felt pen liquid liner in the future.

Would I recommend it yes and no. If you want try something different and like felt pen like liquid eyeliners. I would I say go an try it yourself but if you not fan of felt pen like eyeliners I would say stay away.

Walmart Haul

Hello my MJF stars,
I have a Walmart haul to show you but I did not film it because most of the items was clothing which is hard to film unless I wear it. So I decided to just post it on the blog. Anyways least get into what I got from Walmart.

I got one year of the David Textiles Folkloric Skull Collection Collection 44 cotton for $4.97. I also got three sheets of Classic Craft Felt in white for $.23 each. For a pin board project which I posted on my Instagram.

I also got this Carmex in Cherry lip balm which you get a free winter mint for $.98. I really only wanted the winter mint balm so the cherry was a bonus.

I got this Star Wars Men's long sleeve graphic tee for $5.00. I could not pass up this shirt for that price.

I also got this Danskin Women's blue sweater that was on sale for $7.00.

When I saw these Tsum tsum Women's pajama super minky plush fleece sleep pants on the rack by itself. I then looked at size and was so happy to see it was my size. Because you know I'm a Disney fan and I collect Tsum tsums. The other thing it was on sale for $7.00.

youtube video of haul:

I found a three pack of Sunbeam CR2032 batteries so I had pick it up for may batterie operated candles. I also got ProLinks audio accessories dual RCA plugs for my speakers. I need some razars so I picked up two of the Shaveguard woman razors that work really well. 99 cents only store got more of the drug store make up so I of course had to get some. So I got two of the Maybelline Master Hi-Lights. I got the hi - light bronzer in Light Bronze and hi-light blush in nude. I also got three of the Sally hansen complete salon manicure in Glare Necessities, Open Mica Night and Over the Rainblue. I saw this Vibe  e-ssential 6ft usb data cable extension which I thought would be handy when I want to use my tablet or cell phone when its charging so I don't have to be right by the pluge were the charger is plugged it. I know it cost more than $.99 anywhere else. The last things I got was dog toys for my Dog Jack which love these toys and stocked up because that cheap for a dog toy. They are all from AKC American Kennel Club which are about $5.00 at the regular stores. I two of the jacks shaped toy, two balls which I gave one to Jack before taking picture, and two bone shaped toy. I did not film them because I had to hid them from Jack or he would want them all and would not leave me alone lol.

Well that's all I got from 99 cents only store and I hoped you enjoyed seeing the haul.

Also would like me to do a swatch and review of the hi-light bronzer and blush?

Passion and Dearest Eye Look: Too Faced Love Palette

Hello my MJF stars,
I have another eye look using the Too Faced Love palette which by now you know that I have been loving it. So this time I decided to us my favorite eye shadow in the palette which Passion.

Products I used:
Nyc City Proof eye primer Universal
Too Faced Love Passionately Pretty Eye Shadow Collection:
Dearest: Eyelid
Passion: crease outer v
Wet N Wild single eyeshadow brulee : Brow Bone
Too Faced perfect eyes waterproof eyeliner Perfect Black
Urban Decay Perversion Mascara Black

As I said I decided to use Passion which I love. I put that all over my eyelid and into the crease. After that I though it needed more so I added Dearest on the center of the eyelid. I'm so happy that I did it looks so pretty. Dearest is the softest in the palette which I heard that a lot of people had problems with it crumbling and when I put brush it did kick up more product then the rest of the eyeshadows in the palette. So I had to tap off some of it before putting on eyelid because it would of been all over my face. Anyways still love this eyeshadow because its so pigmented and pretty. I also really like how this eye look came out.

Torrid, Disney Store and Target Hauls

Hello my MJF stars,
I have three little hauls and figured I put them together. The hauls are from Torrid, Disney Store and Target. So lets get into what I got.

Youtube video of hauls:

If you follow me on Instagram you know how excited that I found this Nightmare Before Christmas Fair Isle Cardigan on sale at Torrid online. It was on sale for $51.98 then it was 50% so it came to $25.99. I had it shipped to the store so it was free. It only too a few days from when I ordered it online which was awesome.

Since I went to pick up my Cardigan that I ordered at Torrid. I though I would stop at Disney Store to see if they had any clearance items left. I found a Men's pj set for $7.49 with Donald duck with some pants with some characters design on them. I also got these cute coasters set for $2.24. The last thing I got was this men's Marvel t-shirt for $7.49.

The last haul is from Target which I saw they had some movies on sale for $10.00 so I had to check it out. I got Tim Burton's Miss Peregrine's home for Peculiar Children on blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD for $10.00. I also got The Secrets life of Pets Blu-ray, DVD, Digital HD which was $5.00 more since only the DVD copie was $10.00 so I got the Blu-ray combo for $15.00 which is still a good price.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my hauls.
