Ross Collective Hauls

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you a collective Ross hauls from last month and this month.

So in this haul I found some nail polishes that I could not pass up. The first one is a mini opi from the The Amazing Spider-man  collection which has into the night that is metallic purple/ blue, Number One Nemesis which is glittery metallic with green and dark silver its really hard to tell but its pretty and one of the ones that made me want this. The last two is Just Spotted the Lizard! Which is a duo chrome green, blue and other colors lol so pretty and it the polish that I had to have. The last one is Your Web or Mine? which is a pink shimmer. It was on sale for $5.49. The last one is Formula X for Sephora in Revolution which is a sliver and black glitter that might be opaque on its own for $3.99.

I found this awesome backpack with the evil queen and could not pass it up because it was only $3.99. If you been her awhile you know I love Disney and the evil queen. So I had to have it then I looked at the original tag from where they bought it from. It was from Spencer's and it was $39.99, so its 90% off what a score!! right!! I can't wait to use it on my next Disney trip and for anything else I need a backpack for.

Then I saw this bag and put it on which made me buy it because its so pretty and would be perfect to bring on the plane or for trips and for going to movie theater to hold my goodies lol. It was on sale for $14.99.

In this picture I got a Remington precision hair remover on sale for $4.99 and it works really good if been looking for one check Ross. I also got my first cuticle pusher by beauty tool for $2.99 and I don't know how I lived  with out one for so many year. I love it and if you never tried on you need too. The last thing in this collective haul is these Yankee Candle tea light is in pineapple which smell so good and they were $3.99.

I hope you enjoyed my collective haul.

Until next time,
Mel

Walgreens Haul

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you a Walgreens haul from today visit.

If you don't follow me on instagram you should but I saw some swatches on instagram from @freakumbee and had to go back to get the new limited edition Wet n wild palettes. But of course I found more things that I had to have lol.
So lets get into what I got that is npw lip charry lip balm and a vanilla balm both on sale for $.50. They were so cute not pass up. Right! I also got boe beauty sorbet lip balm in the scent coconut vanilla which I saw someone on instagram love so I had to try it for a $1.00. Also its so pretty in mint color and yes I opened it. I love it because not thick and smells like coconut which I love coconut. So if you see it get its good just saying :0). Then I saw that they put out more sinful color polishes so of course I had get the ones I was looking for on Sunday and yes they are still on sale for $.99. The colors I got are all of the opalescent in Sheer Flight which is a metallic green with gold shimmer, Prized Plume is a metallic blue with light blue shimmer and Flight to see is a metallic purple with purple shimmer. They are so pretty but I don't get why they are called opalescent? If you do let me know :0). The last two things and reason why I went back are the Wet n Wild Color Icon eyeshadow palette from new spring 2015 collection. I got the Vegan Culture which when I first saw it did not grab me but when I saw the swatches I had to get it. The other one I got was California Roll which I was going to buy on Sunday but my mom was like do you need more eyeshadow so  I skipped it but again I saw the swatch and had to get it. They are all $3.99 but I got it for $2.00 because wet n wild products on sale for $2.00 but they did not ring up as that but the cashier was really nice and gave it to me for $2.00. Yay.
So for all of this was around like little bit than $8.00 and I saved like $8.00 which was nice because I went little bit over board.

I hope you enjoyed my haul and if you have not check out Walgreens for the sinful colors sale you should.  :0)

I'm so excited to used all of my new goodies.

Until next time,
Mel

Rite Aid and Walgreens Hauls

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you my two nail polish hauls from Rite Aid Walgreens.
I wanted to post this week starting today because Walgreens is have there $.99 sale for Sinful Colors.

I went to Rite Aid with my mom on Friday to see if they had a polish that polishedways said that had to have by Julie G but they were sold out :0(.
But I did find the limited edition Sinful Colors Shamrockin' for $1.99.It has matte light green hex glitter and smaller green, white glitter with white matte flowers. I also got two Bonita polishes that I could not pass up. I saw bonita polishes at 99 cents store but never bought any to try and when I saw these at rite aid for $1.49 each. I figured I try theses and see if I like this brand. The first one I got was Sea Me which is a greenish blue metallic color which is so pretty. I also got I Could Care Less which grabbed me because it has hex glitter like the opi when monkeys fly and when I look closer it has small bar copper glitter as well as copper hex and gold hex with smaller copper and gold glitter. Its so pretty and usually don't like gold and copper glitter but this much different than most glitter. You can't really see in the picture but its pretty. As you can tell I can't wait to wear it.

Today I had to go to Walgreens to see if they had any I wanted because they are having the .99 cents sale on Sinful Colors and I found six I had been wanting and I had to have.
The first polish is from there permanent line that been meaning to buy ever time they have sale and this time I got it that is Mint Apple which is a mint color with micro glitter. I also got Sail La Vie which is from different collects and from the permanent collection that been wanting also. Its a cream that little bit more purple than a baby blue.I got Unicorn which is also a repromote and not from the permanent line. Its yellow cream and been on my list to buy also. I got Tempest lilac cream color which also a repromote but I didn't have when I saw it I had to have so pretty. I got one of the Bloomblast in the color Petal Be The Day which is new and its in a milky jelly base which I don't really like but this one is so pretty and I had try it. Its jelly purple base with blue and purple hex and small blue hex with purple glitter. Its so pretty I think it will pretty over Tempest. So excited :0). The last thing I got it a new limited edition polish called Shamrockin and yes I got two because as you can see below they are different. This one had matte light green glitters in hex and white glitter with white flowers.

The one on left is from Walgreens and one right is from Rite Aid
I don't know why Sinful Colors did this in which one bottle has small green glitter and the other does not. But I'm happy to have both and can't wait to do a mani with them.

I hope you enjoyed my hauls and if you see a polish you like go to walgreens while they are on sale.

Until next time,
Mel

Blue Jelly Mani

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you my blue jelly mani.

With flash

No flash out door light
The products I used:
 Loreal one stop base
Sally Hansen Blue Me Away!
Revlon Whimsical
Milani Quick Shine Top Coat

I used Blue me away! as the base color for Whimsical because it would take a lot of coats to get to my liking. It looks nice but I'm still not loving jellies. I just don't like the milky look. The glitter I love but milky blue jelly they are in is not for me. If I used this polish again I might use a makeup sponge to get the glitter and not the base. Or I might have to try it over a different base color. I don't know.

What do you think of this mani?

Until next time,
Mel

Avon Haul

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here with a little Avon haul.
I ran out of deodorant and decided to check out if they got anything new I had to have.

Well I was really sad that they got rid of the deodorant I like from Skin so soft again. I think they're redoing the skin so soft line again so we will if it comes back. So I got the Haiku scent which I like the perfume. They were $1.69 each. I looked at the outlet makeup and saw this eyeshadow which was pretty and had to get because it was on sale for $2.99. Its Avon true color eyeshadow single in Turquoise Glow. I had swatch it so its below.

As you can see it needs a primer or a base and I usually use both as you can see. Its a blue with teal shimmer. Its a duo chrome color which shifts from blue and teal its so pretty and I can't wait to put on my face lol.

I hoped you enjoyed seeing my haul if you like to order anything check out my Avon rep.

Until next time,
Mel

Marshall's Haul

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show this small haul from Marshall's.

Awhile ago I bought one bottle of the O'pro Organic Protein leave in conditioner from Marshalls and was running low of it in January. I really loved it because it helped my hair from being frizzy with out anything else but this. I hate conditioners because they always leave my hair greasy so when I tried this leave in instead I fell in love. So I went back to buy more they were sold out :0( . Which bummed me out and figured I wait a few weeks and check again and I did. I only found two so I bought both of them for $6.99 each Originally $14.99 each. I think this will last me awhile because you don't use much. If you like a review let me know.

Until next time,
Mel

Grocery Outlet Hauls

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you a old haul from Grocery Outlet.

You know I love Disney and pixar and when I saw this Monsters University plush blanked I had to have it. It was only $14.99 originally $24.99. I love this blanked its so soft.

I also got some makeup items that I could not pass up. So I got Delon Nail polish remover pump with 100% acetone for $2.99 which is a steal because how much it cost for just the pump with not acetone in it. I also been using it and can't imagine living with out it. I love it so much. I also found a Sally Hansen polish which I had to have and its named Tulle Kit which is blue micro glitter that is pretty as a topper because by itself with not be opaque. It was $2.99. I think I did a mani with it and will link it. The last thing I got was a Milani Runway Eyes palette in 05 Glamorous Gems. I was so happy to find this one because the other ones they had before did not grab me. Its was $2.99 which was originally $9.99.

What do you think of my hauls?

Until next time,
Mel

Avon Big Color Eye Pencil Vanilla
Mac mineralize eyeshadow Tropica (Eyelid color)
Milani powder eyeshadow pearl (brow bone highlight)
Jordana Color Envy Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Black Envy
NYX Le Frou Frou Mascara

This eye look does not have many eye shadows involved but Tropica is so pretty by itself that had to put it all over the lid and blended it with the brow bone color. Its like two colors in one because its a purple and blue which is beautiful. I'm in love with this eyeshadow.

Dark Red Valentine's Mani

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you my second and last Valentine's day mani for 2015.
My last mani chipped, so I decided to do another Valentine's mani.

Products I used:
Loreal One Stop Base Coat
Sinful Colors Merlot
LA Colors Color Craze Cupid's Arrow
Donna Michelle Solan Basic Nail Art (Pink Hearts)
Milani Quick Shine Top Coat

I wanted to do something different from my last mani but still use my LA Colors Cupid's Arrow because I love it and probably use it for Valentine's Day. This time I wanted to use a darker color so the glitter would stand out more so I used Sinful Colors Merlot which is a beautiful deep wine red/ blood color. I'm really happy how this mani came out and I'm happy that I got to use those pink heart glitter so pretty. This mani is more me I think than the last Valentine's mani.

What do you think about this mani?

Until next time,
Mel

Pink Valentine's Day Mani

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you one of my Valentine's mani.
with flash

no flash with outdoor lighting

Products I used:
Loreal One Stop Base Coat
Orly Pink Waterfall
LA Color Color Craze Cupid's Arrow
Diamond cosmetics Nail Art White
Milani Quick Shine Top Coat
Salon Express Plates

For this mani I wanted to use my new LA Colors in Cupid's Arrow and thought it would look good with a pink. I don't own many pinks so I decided to use Orly Pink Waterfall mini that I had and never wore. I did know why I did not like this color in the bottle but when I put it on I really liked it because it a pink that looks good with my skin color and its a more purple pink. I don't why lately I've been loving blue tone purples. I really love how this mani came out and happy that I used my salon express because I've been wanting to do more nail stamping.

What do you think of this mani?

Until next time,
Mel

Dollar Tree Hauls

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you two my hauls from DT last week.
I went to DT to see if they had any new makeup that I've seeing people hauling on instagram.

In this haul I got a bag of Old Fashioned Kettle Cooked chip that you know I love. I also got two candy that are $.89 each that was milky way simply caramel which I never tried and I really like it. I got Reese's peanut butter cups my fave. I have been wanting buy a bigger container for my eos lip balms so I got next size bigger from the ones I have in the oval bucket in green and you get two which is a good deal. I found two new nail polishes in the LA colors and had to get them because they are so different from what they usually have and I could not pass them up. I got Cupid's Arrow which is a glitter that has big and little hex in pink, light pink and white which I thought be perfect to do some Valentine's day mani's. I also got Glam which is a light gold color glitter with big and little hex  glitter in blue and pink that kinda remind me of high end polishes. The last things I got was the solar dancing cupid and devil which I was not going to get but when I saw it. I had to get it to add to me collection lol.
Close up of LA Colors Cupid's Arrow & Glam

I only got a few things in this haul and the first thing I got was a maybelline shine sensational lip gloss in Crushed Candy because I saw pepper mint candy's on it so I had to get it which I love pepper mint flavors. There was a lot of them but I held myself back and got one and if I like this one I'll get another one later. The last things I got was hair snap clips because the ones I have been getting old and I've been throwing them away and need more so when I saw these I had to get two because they so cute I love the skulls, cameo, and zebra prints. They are pretty nice compared to the other snap clips I got from dollar tree because some they have don't snap.

I hope you enjoyed my hauls.

Until next time,
Mel

Target Hauls

Hello my MJF follower,
I'm here to show you what I got with the target gift card my friend Nicole got me for Christmas.

In this haul I got a baby lip in Coral Crush on clearance for $1.74. I tried two of the baby lip awhile ago and was not really happy with them and did not understand why people like them. So I thought try another one and this is way better than other two I tried and happy to get it on sale. I also got some ornament hooks for next year they were $.10. The last thing I got in this haul was this burt's bees gift set on clearance for $3.48 which had the cuticle cream and lip balm. I been wanting try some of burt's bee products and I love the cuticle cream.

In this next haul I saw on instagram someone hauled the Frozen pez and I had to get them to add to my pez collection. So I got Elsa, Anna and Olaf which was $1.89 each.

The last thing I got was Nyc long wearing nail polish in the color Empire State Blue which was on sale for $.89. I could not pass up this beautiful blue with green glitter because it was so cheap.

Thank you Nicole for the gift card and I can't wait to use my new stuff. I hope you enjoyed seeing my target hauls.

Until next time,
Mel

Green and Brown Smoky Eye

Hello my MJF followers,
Here is another Eye look I did awhile ago.

E.L.F eyelid primer sheer
NYX Smokey Fume Palette (brown color in crease)
BlackHeart single eyeshadow in Olive green (eyelid color)
Wet n wild Daring Downtown ( green eyeshadow in outer V)
Milani Single powder eyeshadow Pearl (brow bone highlight)
E.L.F Liquid Eyeliner Black

I liked this eye look but was not very happy with Black Hear Single eyeshadow. It took a lot of building up this eyeshadow to get the color you see and I was not happy with it because it was not as pigmented as I wanted. The color was not what it looked like the eyeshadow pan either which a bummer. I would not buy anymore of the blackheart eyeshadows because for a lesser price you can get a wet n wild single eyeshadow that is pigmented and true to color in the pan.

What do you think?

Until next time,
Mel

Light blue with neon glitter mani

Hello my MJF,
I'm here to show you mani that thought I posted awhile ago but I guess I didn't.

Products used:
Jordana Calcium Boost Base Coat
LA Color Craze Beach Babe, Craze
Maybelline Color Show Nail Tattoos NYC Park (sugar skull)
I don't remember what top coat I used

I really love LA Colors Craze and looks so pretty with Beach Babe. It went will with the Skull.    After looking at this mani I want to use Craze soon with a different color. I can't believe I never posted this mani because I love it and the neon glitter. If you have not tried any of the LA color Craze polishes you should they really good polishes for a $1.

What do you think?

Until next time,
Mel

Maybelline Color Show Sequins Sea-Quins Mani

Hello my MJF followers,
I wanted to show you my Sea-Quins Mani.

Products used:
Jordana Calcium Boost Base Coat
Maybelline Color Show Sequins Sea-Quins
Milani Quick Shine Top Coat

I really love and hate this polish. You wonder why I say that because it is so pretty glittery goodness and is very opaque in two coats by itself. The bad thing is that chips fast like next day. I have many Maybelline polishes and most of them chip fast. I don't if its the base coat I used but I don't have that problem with other polishes. I might have to try with a different base coat and see if that helps. I only paid $1 so I'm not complaining.

What do you think?

Until next time,
Mel

Walmart (after Christmas) Hauls

Hello my MJF followers,
I know this is kinda a old haul but I want to show you what I got after Chrismas at Walmart.

This first haul was when all of the Christmas stuff was 50% off.
The only thing I got that was not on sale was the Eqaute day time and night time medicine that was $10.47 which is a good deal for cough medicines. Ok on to Chrismas stuff. I got three bags of candy, Reese's mini, peanut butter M&m, peanut M&m and they were all $1.44 was $2.88. I finally found the candles everyone been saying where dupes for Bath & body works candles. So when I saw they were 50% off I had to get two of the Simmering Spice which smells like cinnamon and they were $2.48 originally $4.97. Then I found La colors lip balm sets that been wanting and figured I buy some for next year gifts or for birthdays. So got two each kind they had. They were $1.50 originally $3.00. I got Hard candy baked eyeshadow set that I was eye before Christmas and was happy they had one left. It was only$1.50 originally $3.00 for four baked eyeshadows. Score. I also got two of the hard candy single baked eyeshadows and they were $.50 each originally $1.00. The last two things I got was these cute tea light holders in Chrismas tree shape with green glitter and sliver glitter and they were only $.48 originally $.97.

This next haul was mostly dog Chrismas toys and few makeup items that was on sale for 70% off. I wanted to buy some dog stuff for my next year but even with 50% off they were still pricey for me because my dog jack brake them. So when I saw them for 70% I went a little crazy. The dog clothes I got was two snowman, one reindeer and the Pj's where $1.98  except for the pj's that was $1.48 and they where originally $7.97 and $5.97 which is a awesome deal for dog clothes. All of the Charterers heads the Santa, rein deer, snowman and the penguin where $1.48 originally $5.97. I gave the rein deer to jack and he loves it. He did not brake it like most toys. I also got smaller ones for the girls which are the penguin with ear muffs, snowman, hedgehog, rein deer with rope and stuffed bone. They were $.74 and the stuffed bone was $.23 originally $2.97 and $.94. I was so happy that found some good toys for my dogs for next year they were so happy for the ones a gave them and know they will love these. On to things I bought for me was a Olaf Blanked that been wanting and it was not on sale but I got it any ways it was only $9.99. I also got another bottle of Herbal Essence shampoo in tea light fully clean that I love and was almost out of for $4.00. I also got two items from the left over Chrismas makeup gift boxes and I found one of the flower gift set with the chubby shadow pencils that been wanting to try flower products so for $2.47 was a steal because the set was $9.88. I also got another LA color lip balm set for $.75 because it was the last one and I figured I would keep this one for me.

So that was all of the stuff I got after Christmas and can't wait to try of it and to give away to people next year.

I hope you enjoyed see my hauls and if you like tell what you got after Chrismas on sale and you been loving.

Until next time,
Mel

Glitter Mermaid Mani

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you a Glitter Mermaid Mani which I did a while ago.

The products I used:
Jordana Calcium Boost Base Coat
Kleancolor nail lacquer Wave of Peppermint
Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure 3, 2, 1derland

I've been trying wear my nail polish that bought and never wore so I been wanting to wear Kleancolor Wave of Peppermint to see if it really smells like peppermint. Which I'm said to say it does not so I decided to put some glitter on top and I used Sally Hasens 3,2, 1derland which with this two polishes together made me think of mermaids becuase of green like a mermaids tail and blue like the ocean. I really love this combo but was bummed that I got some bubbles maybe it was top coat or sally hasens base the glitter it in. Next time I'll use the sponge method to get more glitter less of the base its in.

What do you think of this mani?

Until next time,
Mel

E.L.F Jasmine Beauty Book Eye Look #2

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you another eye look using the E.L.F Jasmine Beauty Book.

The products I used:
E.L.F eyelid primer sheer
Jordana 12hr Made To Last Eyeshadow Pencil Continuous Almond
Jasmine (center eyelid and center of bottom eyelash)
Genie (inner eyelid, outer v and bottom eyelash)
Lago (crease)
Abu (inner corner and brow bone highlight)
Jordana Color Envy Liquid Eyeliner Black Envy
Avon Irresponsible Sexy Black Obsessed Mascara

If you did not read my other post on the review of this beauty book go check it out because I also did another eye look using this beauty book. As I said in the review I was really bummed with the eyeshadow Jasmine because I had to work with this eyeshadow and I felt after putting many layers I could still see my base under the eyeshadow but you can't tell in the picture. I really surprised by Genie because the eyeshadow pan it looks more green than blue but on they eyelid it looks Genie blue which I'm really happy. I also loved the bronze brown eyeshadow which is named Lago because it goes well with Jasmine and Genie. Even though I had a problem with Jasmine, I 'm happy how this eye look came out. I might have experiment with different base colors to help Jasmine eyeshadow out.

What do you think about this eye look?

Until next time,
Mel

Review & Eye Look: E.L.F Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Beauty Book

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to do a review and show you an eye look I did with E.L.F Disney Jasmine Beauty Book that recently came out at Walgreens that I got for Christmas.

Cover of Beauty Book
Back of Beauty Book
As you can see its beautiful and I love the colors they choose for this beauty book and the detail is so pretty. If you look close in the gold you can see pictures of Rajah and Genie in the design as well as the lamp and Jasmines palace. I love it!!

They also put the pattern through out the beauty book which is so pretty. They also have a mirror like the other beauty book but this time its in a shape of a lotus flower.
This beauty book has five eyeshadows, eyeshadow applicator, black eyeliner pencil, a blush, bronzer, brush for blush and bronzer and a lip color lip gloss.

Again like the other beauty book this one also has a guild under the mirror for how to apply each item. Which is nice to have.

Eyeshadow Swatches no primer
From Top: Abu, Rajah, Lago
Jasmine, Genie, Aladdin, Jafar

I really like all of the colors even though a few of them are not very pigmented but the one that I most bummed about is Jasmine its not very pigmented and powdery which is very hard to get color on my eyelid which it fall off and all over my face. Even with primer and a base. I used Jasmine in a eye look I'll be posting after this post in which in process of using this eyeshadow made big indent in it to get some color. I would of thought the best eyeshadow would be Jasmine because this is her beauty book. I also had a lot of fall out with Aladdin but I did not make indent in the eyeshadow like Jasmine and Aladdin was not powdery that might be the problem with Jasmine. I think the best eyeshadows in the beauty book is Rajah, Lago, Genie. The rest had fall out and or not very pigmented which I'm very sad about.

Blush, Brozer and lip color
From left to right:
Blush Royal Palace, Brozer Forbidden Treasure, Lip Color Magic Carpet

I really like the blush its a pretty pinky coral color which I like as a blush. I also like the bronzer which is nice golden brown which is not to dark for my skin tone. I might use the blush and brozer as eyeshadows because they so pretty. As you know I don't like E.L.F lip color/lip glosses so I will not be using it but its nice pinky grape color.

Here is the First eye look I did with the beauty book:

Products I used:

Sephora perfecting eye primer

I really love how this eye look came out because the purple and blues look so pretty together. I would never of put these colors together but since they were in this beauty book together I thought I would give it a try. The color that I loved in this beauty book was Aladdin and I'm really happy that with a base it came more pigmented. As I said I had to build this color up because it was not pigmented and had a lot of fall out but it was worth it because its so pretty. I might have to wear this eye look again with a purple base so I don't have to put so many layers.

All in all I like this beauty book even though there some eyeshadows that did not perform very well. I would of bought it even with it faults but I got this from my mom as a present and Jasmine is one of my favorite princess. I'm happy to add it to my collection.

What do you think about this beauty book? Did you buy it and you like it? Also what do you think of my eye look?

Until next time,
Mel
