Pinchme Box

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here with another pinchme box of free samples. If you been following me you all about pinchme but if you new check out my other box's on my blog.

This box I got a wine voucher for $100.00 which is nice but I don't drink wine. I also got Olay fresh outlast cooling white strawberry body wash which is new and I really don't like strawberry scents. But I really like this one because its not just strawberry it also had a flower scent. I might have to try another scent in this new outlast body washes because saw they had different scents. The last thing I got was Gevalia coffee in the house blend in medium roast because my mom like this coffee

I hope you enjoyed seeing what samples I got.

First Eye Look with E.L.F Disney Elsa Snow and Ice Beauty Book

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you my first eye look I did with Elsa Beauty book which I also did two versions because it did not turn out how I wanted.

At first I used E.l.f shimmer pencil in Starry Night which I did not like because I thought it was not dark enough and I just did not like how it looked. So I took of the wing and went over starry night with Jordana's Color Envy Liner that I been loving.

The products I used:
E.L.F eyelid primer sheer
Jordana 12hr Made To Last Eyeshadow Pencil Continuous Almond
Elsa-eyelid and bottom lash
Sven-crease
Arendelle-outer v and blend to crease and bottom lash
Snow Queen-brow bone and inner corner
E.L.F Shimmer Pencil in Starry Night
Jordana Color Envy Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Black Envy

So as you can see you can just use everything in the beauty book to get a full eye look but If you are like me and don't like how the e.l.f pencils looks you might use a different eyeliner. I think this eye look looks better with the matte liquid liner because of the eyeshadows are shimmery and look more cleaner then with a pencil. But I want to show you how it looks and wanted to try the E.l.f pencil because never tried them before.

What do you think? Do you like the first one or second one?
Would you like a review on e.l.f eyeliner pencils? Let me know.

Until next time,
Mel

Smiley360 Mission: Sweetarts Soft & Chewy Ropes

Hello my MJF followers,
I was picked to do another Smiley360 mission on trying the SweeTarts Soft & Chewy Ropes by Nestle.
I have to disclose that I received these products for free, and my opinions are my own.

I received a four pack of ropes and eight pack to try out.

Here is two of the ropes to make a heart shape and so you can see what they look like.

The card that they sent me say that the Sweet & Tart collide for a unique, intense flavor with  sweetarts soft & chewy ropes. Introducing SweeTARTs soft & chewy ropes, a new mouthwatering chewy licorice rope with the electrifying flavor fusion of sweet and tart.

I do agree that it is unique because I never tasted anything like it before. At first you taste the fruity cherry punch flavor that remind me of fruit roll ups and then a tart flavor that reminds me of sweetarts hard candies. I actually really like them. I also shared with my brother too and he also liked them. They are not too sweet that you only can eat one which is nice. If you are like me and like sweetarts and licorice you might like these too. It would be good for to stick in a Easter basket too.

If you like more info about this product and any of the other candies that nestles have : http://www.nestlessweetarts.com

I hope you enjoyed my little review on the Sweetarts Ropes and if you try them out let me know what you think.

Until next time,
Mel

Purple/Pink Eye Look

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you a purple/pink eye look I did awhile ago.

The products I used:
E.L.F eyelid primer sheer
Jordana 12hr Made To Last Eyeshadow Pencil Continuous Almond

I usually don't wear purple/pink eyeshadows but I've been wanting to wear the mac eyeshadows that won awhile ago. I love Mac eyeshadow in Tropica by itself and I decided to try it with the other mac eyeshadow I got Stylishly Merry. I'm really happy how they look together and happy how this eye look came out. I can't wait to try both of these Mac eyeshadows with other eyeshadows.

99 Cents Collective Haul

Hello my MJF followers,
Here is few things I have gotten at 99 cents store.

I found some NYC polishes at but there was only one that I really wanted and I could not find it at CVS so I was so happy to find it for 99 cents that is the Queen's Jewels from the Crystal Courture collection. I also found a few Maybelline items which I think were from CVS because the items had CVS stickers on them. They were all marked at $1.99 so I just got a color tattoo in the color Audacious Asphalt which I been wanting to try a color tattoo but was not willing to pay around $7.00 for one and my Dollar Tree never got any. So I was happy to find one at 99 cents store, even if I had pay $1.99 its still cheaper than $7.

My dad went to 99 cents store found me a case by ennoteck with a cool skull design which he knows I love skulls and fits my cell phone.

In this haul I was looking at the Easter stuff they put out and found this cute owl led candle that I had to have because I love owls and it lights up lol. I also got a pair of novelty socks for $1.29. I usually don't buy the items the price more then .99 but these were so cute I had to get them. Its says that they were $5.00 so its still a good deal. I also got two Ricola Green Tea Cough drops because they are not cheap. When I got them I was not sick but I'm glad that I did because I been sick for like two weeks with a bad cough and the help a lot and taste good. I might have to get more soon if they still have them.

Well that it for what I got from .99 cents store in past two months.

Until next time,
Mel

Easter Themed Mani 2015

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you my Easter themed manicure that I did last night and hope it last til Sunday.

With flash

Outside lighting

The products I used:
Loreal One Stop Base Coat
Sinful Colors: Tidal Wave, Tempest, Unicorn, Pistache
Milani Quick Shine Top Coat

For this Easter themed manicure I wanted to use pastel colors which I recently bought a few because I don't have many. I saw some where a manicure where someone used a tooth brush to get the spotted egg look. So I thought I give it a try and I 'm  really happy how they came out. I used a different colors for base of each nail then used the other colors with the tooth bush and I cleaned the tooth brush with nail polish remover before I used a different color. I really like how each nail is different like spotted egg candies. I can't wait to try it again with different colors. My favorite nail combo is the middle finger because the yellow base color (Unicorn) makes the other colors pop.

I hope you enjoy your Easter.

Until next time,
Mel

St.Patty's Day Mani 2015

Hello my MJF followers,
I know I'm kinda late but still wanted to show you what I wore for St. Patrick's Day even though I was at home sick :0(. But I did have corn beef and cabbage. I don't drink anyways.

Indoor light no flash

The products I used:

Loreal One Stop Base Coat
NYC In a new york color minute Palm On The Beach
Sinful Colors Shamrockin'
Milani Quick Shine Top Coat

I love greens and I love St. Patty's day because I can wear all green and no one will think I'm weird or weirder lol. So I have all green nail polish to pick from but I been loving the NYC Palm On The Beach that wore it before in a mani which I have not posted yet. But I really love how Shamrockin' looks on top of it. It also looks spring to me too. The only thing that bugged me about Shamrockin' makes the NYC color a more yellow green which is weird because it has a clear base but it might have hit of yellow in the base. But this Shamrockin' with the dark green glitter is still so pretty. I can't wait to put it on top of other spring colors. I also have the Shamrockin' with out dark green glitter which I have not worn yet but I will try to do as many with it soon. ☺

Well I hope you had a nice St. Patrick's day.

Until next time,
Mel

Hello my MJF followers,
Today I went to rite aid looking for a polish by Julie G and I finally did.

I really happy that I finally found Mermaids Tail which is one on the right. I've been look for it after seeing Stacy from polishedways on YouTube because so pretty. Its a blue\green glitter and you know I love blue and green so I had to have it. I also got another Julie G polish because it was buy one get one half off so I had to get Golden Sunset which is a gold\rose gold sun color glitter which is so pretty. So they were $3.99 each then I got half off of one which made one of them $1.99 which makes them like $2.99 each. So if you been waiting some Julie G you might want to check out your Rite Aide before the sale is over. If you have not tried Julie G you should her polishes are really nice.

Review: E.L.F. Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Ultimate Face Collection

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to give you my thoughts on the E.L.F Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Ultimate Face Collection.

In this Ultimate Face Collection come with two blushes and bronzers and has nine lip glosses. It also come with a lip and face brush.

Front of face palette which is so pretty and I love it.

The inside and has a pretty big mirror which really nice.

The blush on the left is a nice peachy-pink blush with shimmer which so pretty and what I like to wear most of the time. The bronzer on the same side is a glowy pearly brown bronzer which is nice but not good for contouring but would be good as a blush. The blush on the right side is a light pink color with shimmer which is not my cup of tea but I might try it. The bronzer is more darker and has a little bit of shimmer which might be ok for contouring. I see myself using this one more as a contoure bronzer than the other one.  They have a nice formula and not powdery.

They lip glosses are really nice and pigmented. They are not stick or goopy which is nice because I hate the lip colors that came with beauty books. If you like me and hate the lip colors you will like these but I don't see myself wearing these much because I will not bring this palette with me to touch my lip gloss up. I also like that it came with a lip brush which work nice with lip gloss.

All in all this a nice face palette if you want to take with you on a trip because you have different options in blush and bronzers. Its also nice to have if you like to wear different color blushes and bronzers. Again the thing that bugs me is that there's no names. If I like a blush or bronzer or lip gloss in this set and I want to buy a replacement and I can't because I don't know the name. I don't have many blushes or bronzers in my collection so I'm happy to have it. I still see this face palette at Walgreens and they are on sale you should pick it up and give it a try.

Until next time,
Mel

Haul and Review: E.L.F. Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Eye Collection

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to show you what I bought from Walgreen's and my thoughts about this Jasmine Eye Collection.
Well awhile ago I bought the E.L.F Jasmine A Whole New World Collection for $4.99 because I got the beauty book and face palette but I also wanted the eye collection. I'm a sucker for eye shadows and Disney as you can tell.

This eye collection is similar to the Snow White collection it that it comes with a six eye shadow palette and a lengthening & defining mascara and eye shadow sponge applicator. But this time they also added a full size of the brightening eyeliner pencil in black which is nice.

These eyeshadows are really nice even without primer but it says that you can use them which is nice to know and will make them even better. These shadow are really nice formula and flaky. The only thing that bugs me is that the picture on weird and I can never figure out which side to open it at and that there's no name why? As I look at these they look similar to the new Elsa glow palette. I might have to swatch the colors to compare. I think this palette is a nice for everyday or when you want to use some color. If you are a matte eyeshadow kinda girl these are not for you. If you can find this Eye collection you should get it because I've see lady's find it on clearance and for the price you get a lot.

I know I'm kinda behind but I'm trying to get caught up.

Did you buy this eye collection? Would you like to see some comparison swatches with the new Elsa glow eyeshadows?

Until next time,
Mel

Cool Gear Replacement and Collection

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to talk about this company called Cool Gear.
A while ago during Halloween I bought this cup below which is a cool gear mason cup with skull on it.
Cool gear sugar skull mason

When I was using it one day the cup broke and posted on instagram and the company told me to contact customer service and would help me out. They emailed me the next day and they said they would send me a replacement which I was happy to hear. But they did not have same mason cup so gave me some options to pick from and I pick this one below.

Spring owl mason

This owl cool gear cup is from the spring collection that is coming out and I love it. It has pineapples, hibiscus, watermelon, owls on it.

Green skull tumbler, skull cool can, holiday owl cool can, pink owl cool can, light blue owl cool can.

Light up Frank Tumbler

Cool gear beverage dispenser

I wanted to show you my collection of Cool Gear products which I love and happy that this company appreciate there customers. They also pride there selves on design and quality of there products and stand behind them. I would be adding more of there cool gear cups to my collection because they are a great company that I hope stay around a long time. You don't see many companies that appreciate there customers. Thank you to the lady that I email from the customer service and the company for sending me a replacement.

If you have not tried any of there products you should they are great.
If you like a review on any of the cool gear products let me know.

Until next time,

Review: E.L.F Elsa Snow and Ice Glow Eyeshadow Palette

Hello my MJF follower,
I'm here to share my thoughts on the E.L.F Elsa Snow and Ice Glow Eye shadow Palette.

Here is the front of the palette and the back of the palette which is different from the other eye shadow Eye collections. This palette has nine eye shadows and the other collections has six.

Here are swatches of the eyeshadows. I was happy to see that these eyeshadows are pigmented and have a good formula. The only color that does not look like what is in the pan is the second one from the top. It not orange it like a duo chrome pinky shade which is beautiful and would be nice a brow bone or inner corner highlight or topped over a different color to give it some more sparkle. The last color looks black with but its actually a dark purple brown color with pink and purple glitter. If you wondering if these eyeshadow are the same as the beauty book they are not but there are few colors that are similar in color but not the same but close. You also get more colors than in the beauty book. If you don't find the beauty book then you would be happy with this eyeshadow palette. The only thing that bugs me that eyeshadow palette are more than the other eyeshadow palettes from the collections which were $4.99 and this was $6.99. It seams that all of items in this collection was more than the other collections. I would of bought more if the prices was not raised, just saying.

What do you think of this collection?

Until next time,
Mel

Review: E.L.F Disney Elsa Snow and Ice Beauty Book

Hello my MJF followers,
I'm here to share my thoughts on the E.L.F Elsa Makeup Collection from Walgreen's.
I will be sharing my thought on the beauty book and will be posting about the E.L.F Glow eye shadow next. So keep an eye out for that.
Here is the cover and back of the beauty book. Just like the other beauty book I love all of the art/design of the book it goes well with the movie frozen.
This beauty book also has a mirror just the other beauty books and I love that they put the ice castle just like the one in the movie with the saying "Don't Conceal, Don't Hide...".
In this beauty book it comes with a full size e.l.f eyeshadow brush with eight eyeshadows, a highlighting powder, two eyeliners, and a Lip color. This beauty book is similar to Ariel beauty book in that it has a eyeshadow bush.
As you can see it also come with a step by step guide of how to use the products but this time they had a picture how it looked on the Elsa which is nice to see.

Swatches from top to right:
Eyeshadows: Kristoff, Sven, Anna, Hans
Olaf, Arendelle, Elsa, Marshmallow
Starry Night - black with sliver glitter shimmer pencil
Frozen Heart - Black eyeliner pencil
Snow Queen - Highlighting powder
Royal Pursuit -Hot pink lip color

When I first saw pictures of this beauty book on instagram I was excited to add it to my E.L.F Disney princess collection. When I saw it in the store the eyeshadows did not grab me but when I swatched them I was surprised how pretty they are. There is two eyeshadow that was ok in pigmentation and formulation that was olaf and Elsa. Olaf was kinda powdery but pigmented and I can work with it. Elsa a was not very pigmented but it a really pretty duo purple color that will need a base to get more pigmented but again its work able. All of the eyeshadows are glittery or metallic so if that's not your thing you might want to skip this beauty book. If you are like me and love glitter and metallic eyeshadows you must get it.
The highlighting powder is so beautiful and I might use it as an eyeshadow as well. The only thing that bugged me is that the raised the price from $9.99 to $12.99. I don't know why they did that because its similar to the rest of the books. Besides that I'm happy that I bought it. If you asked me if I would of bought this beauty book after swatching them and it would be a yes.

What do you think about this beauty book? Did you buy it or anything from the Elsa Collection let me know?

Until next time,
Mel
