Ruffian with dots nail art

Hello I'm back to show you my first try in doing this popular nail design called Ruffian with dots design.

The nail polish and dotter I used below.
I used Maybelline nail polishes I got recently at Biglots for a dollar each.
The names of these colors are: Blue Blowout 80 which is a metallic blue/teal color and limited edition Turquoise Paradise 955 which is a light turquoise cream color.
I used Nyc's quick dry in Grand Central Station as a top coat.
I used the Avon two sided dotting tool.

I painted two nails in Blue Blowout and the other three nails in Turquoise Paradise as a base coat.
Then I wait little bit for the base coat to dry and then painted the opposite color on the base coat from little more than half of the nail so you see a little bit of the base color.
Again a waited a little bit for that second color to dry a little to put the dots on top of that last color with opposite color again with smaller size of the dotting tool.
The last thing I did was to put Nyc's Grand Central Station as a top coat.

I'm pretty happy how they came out and love the metallic vs. the cream color. I might be doing another Ruffian design again with the doting tool or with a stamper.

If you like this design and want me to do an how-to let me know I be willing to do one.

Until next time happy shopping and enjoy the show :0)

Target Haul

Hello I'm back with another Target haul. After going to Biglots I went to Target to see what Christmas stuff was on sale. They had a lot elf makeup left but nothing caught my eye.

The first thing I got was EOS lip balm in blueberry acai because I hit bottom on the one I have. I have many of EOS lip balms but the blueberry acai is my favorite and the only one that I hit the bottom. I might do a post on my collection of EOS. Target is only store that carry the blueberry acai besides Ulta. I think Target is cheaper than Ulta. I payed $2.99 at Target.
The next thing I got was these cute owl socks. If you know me you know that I love socks and owls. So I had to get them and they were on sale because they are Christmas socks. Its a three pack with red and green socks, and some striped in green and red as well as the owls design. They were $4.00 and 75% off so they were $1.20 which is awesome deal because usually for one pair is a $1.00 or more.
The last thing I got was Christmas peanut butter m&m's because this year we did not get a lot of candy because we had a lot still from Halloween. So I looked at the left over Christmas candy and everything was 50% off. The m&m's were $3.19 so they were $1.59. I figured what the heck we only live once and I like m&m's.

So what do think of my haul?
I'm happy with stuff I got and can't wait to wear my new owl socks.

Until next time happy shopping and enjoy the show :0)

New Year's Eve Nails

Hello I'm back with two nail art for New Years Eve.
The first one is a something anyone can do to make their nail ready for New Years Eve.
I used Milani Silver Dazzle as a base  and I used Sephora by OPI To the Glitter End! to be more sparkly.

The second New Years Eve nail art is more difficult then the first but still easy to do.
I used Maybelline Denim Dash as a base coat then sponged on Sally Hansen Celeb City which is one of my favorite nail polish color and this is my second bottle that I bought because I used it so much. I wanted to feel like New Years Eve with some glitter polish by Sinful Color Faceted that makes me think of the confetti they shot in the air when the ball drops. The last thing is fast dry top coat by Jordana.

I hope my nail art for New Years Eve helps you get inspired to dress up your nails as well as yourself for New Years Eve.

I hope everyone has a Fun and Safe New Years Eve!

Until next time happy shopping and enjoy the show :0)

BigLots Haul

Hello I'm back with some more deals from my favorite store BigLots.

Today I figured I check out Biglots and see what they had left over from Christmas. Like aways I found nail polish that I had to have lol.
They had a lot of Maybelline nail polish for $1.00. I want them all but I been trying cut back on buying nail polish because so many. Like that's going happen lol. I had to have the four colors because did not have any like them. So the Maybelline colors I got is Turquoise Paradise, Canary Cool these two colors are limited edition and I got Blue Blowout a metallic, and Denim Dash a denims.
I already used Denim Dash in my New Years nail art if you want too see it on my nails.
The last nail polish I got was Sephora by OPI in Spark-tacular! which is now discounted and it was $1.80.
I'm happy with what I got but I would of wanted to get more but low on funds after Christmas shopping for presents.

Let me know if you tried any of these polishes.

I will be posting what I got from Christmas soon.

Until next time happy shopping and enjoy the show :0)

Santa's Reindeer Nail Art

Hello I'm back with my last Christmas nail art design for 2013.
For my last Christmas design I decided to do a reindeer theme with a Christmas tree.

These are the nail polishes I used:

Base Coat color: Revlon Rain Forest
Rein deer nose: Avon Ruby Slipper
tip of thumb and pinky fingers:Sinful Holiday Rebel
Star on top if Christmas Tree: Wet n Wild Fergie Hollywood Walk of Fame
Reindeer: Sally Hasen Magnetic Kinetic Copper
Reindeer antlers and nose: Sinful Leather Loose
Reindeer eyes: Milani Nail Art Black Sketch
Reindeer eyes: Avon Nail Art Delicate White
Christmas Tree and on thumb and pinky nails design: Sassy+Chic 3n1 gold color no name
Top coat: Nyc Grand Central Station

For my first try in doing reindeer design I think it came out alright but kinda bummed that you can't see the reindeer antlers because the base color was dark.
When I do the reindeer next year I will do a lighter base color but all in all I really like them.

If you would like know how I did it let me know and I can do an How-To for you.

Until next time happy shopping and enjoy the show.
Happy Holidays!

Christmas Nail Art Designs

Hello I'm back with two Christmas nail art.
For the first nail art I used these nail polishes below.

I used the Milani polish in Beach Front as my base color.
I used the Avon artist polish in delicate white for the penguin body and the snowman body.
I used the Revlon Rain Forest with an old artist polish brush to paint the Christmas tree.
I used Sephora By OPI in Lights, Glammer-a, Action on top of my base color on my thumb and pinky and took large hex glitter in it to put on the snowman nail in background.
I used Holiday Rebel on top of my Christmas tree for ornaments and I topped tree off with a star from Wet n Wild Fergie's Hollywood Walk of Fame. The rest of polishes I used for the snowman and penguin.

The second nail art is on my mom nails. She painted the base colors and I did the designs.
I don't remember what colors she used but most of them are the same as the above nail art.

If any of my blog viewers like any of my nail art and want to know how I did it. Let me know and I can try my best on doing an How-To on that design.

Until next time happy shopping and enjoy the show :0)

Big Lots Haul

Bello ( lol I'm a minion lol) I'm back again with another haul I tried to put it in the collective haul but these didn't fit so here another post lol.
OK so I went to Big Lots because they said in there ad that they had some Disney blu-ray and DVD together for 8 bucks but they did not have any I liked to buy. But I did find things I want like always lol.
O did I mention that I went to two different Big Lots so I'm not going to group the things I got from each Big Lots but these are all from Big Lots.

The first item I got was the Addams Family Values which I been looking for on DVD because I have the first Addams Family and everywhere they selling the first one and this one together and I just want this one.
On to the makeup I got which is a Rimmel eyeshadow palette in 024 Green Sapphire. This my first Rimmel eyeshadow palette and I hope its a good one. It was $1.50 and the original price is about 5 or 6 dollars.
I got two nail polish by Revlon in the colors 220 Rain Forest and 140 Fall Mood. They were 99 cent ya I said it 99 cents lol. They are usually $7.99 which is an awesome deal and made me so happy because I saw the color Rain Forest online and really wanted it. I used Rain Forest in my newest nail art that I will be posting next. I can't wait to try on the Fall Mood too.

The last thing I got was Four Christmases on DVD which I really like and when I found it at Big Lots for 5 bucks I said yes please. I'm a big fan of Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon and they are funny in this movie.

What did you think of my haul? and if you have any of these items let me know what you think of them :0)

Until next time happy shopping and enjoy the show :0)
